Ordering

I need to fix your shipping address?

Email us at customerservice@marammaclothing.com within 24-48 hours of ordering. After that, no changes possible.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive tracking info via email once your order ships (after the 3-5 day processing window).Answer

Where's my package?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No changes or cancellations once your order is placed. Orders begin processing immediately.

Can't change:

  • Shipping address
  • Items in your order
  • Quantity or size

If you want to add more items, you can place a separate order.

Need to fix your shipping address? Only possible for pre-orders email us within 24-48 hours of ordering.

Shipping & delivery

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Where's my package?

Marked "delivered" but you don't have it?

Wait 4 business days - carriers sometimes scan packages early. Still missing after 4 days?

Package stolen or lost after delivery?

Mara Mma Clothing is not liable for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirms delivery. File a claim with the carrier directly. We cannot reship or exchange. You'll need to reorder after receiving your refund from the carrier.

We always recommend that you purchase protection Route Shipping Protection? Add Route shipping insurance at checkout for coverage against loss, theft, and damage.

How long until my order arrives?

Processing: 3-5 business days (before your order ships)

Shipping times (after processing):

  • Economy: 5-8 days (USPS)
  • Express: 2-3 days (UPS)
  • Priority: 1-2 days (UPS)

Order by noon ET (Mon-Fri) for same-day processing. Weekend orders process Monday.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

We ship to U.S. addresses only. UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes - use a street address.

Pre-Orders & Special Ship Dates

AnswerPre-orders ship 2-6 weeks after order date.

Some items have fixed ship dates in the product title/description. Paying for express shipping will NOT change these dates.

Ordering pre-order + in-stock items together? Everything ships when the pre-order is ready. Want in-stock items now? Place separate orders.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

7-day return policy for store credit only (effective January 7, 2025)

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start a return. After 7 days, no returns accepted.

Return requirements:

  • Unworn, unwashed, original condition
  • All tags attached
  • Original packaging preferred

Returns = store credit only. No refunds unless item is defective or damaged.

Sale items are final sale - no returns on promotional or sale purchases.

How do I start a return?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return

We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label.

Processing time: 5 business days after we receive your return to issue store credit.

How much does it cost to return?

Return shipping label cost is deducted from your store credit.

Example: If you return a $50 item and the label costs $8, you'll receive $42 in store credit.

Can I exchange my item?

No exchanges. Return for store credit, then place a new order for what you want.

What if my item is defective or damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos showing the defect or damage.

Defective/damaged items are the ONLY items eligible for refunds to your original payment method.

When will I get my refund or store credit?

Store credit: Issued within 5 business days after we receive your return. Return shipping cost will be deducted.

Refunds (defective/damaged only): Processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
