7-Day Return Policy (Store Credit Only)

DOMESTIC RETURNS ONLY (USA)

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully review our return policy:

1. Store Credit Only

• Returns are eligible for store credit only. No refunds will be issued unless the item is defective or damaged (see Point 6).

2. Sale Items

• Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Return Window

• Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their item to initiate a return request. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

• Once a return request is approved and a return shipping label is provided, the customer has 6 calendar days from the date the return label is issued to ship the item back.

• The return label must be used within the 6-day period, meaning the carrier must have physical possession of the package and the package must receive an acceptance/possession scan.

• If the return label is not used within the 6-day period and the carrier does not have possession of the package, the return request will be voided and the item will no longer be eligible for return.

• Once a return is voided due to the return label not being used within the required timeframe, we will not be able to issue a new return label or accept the item for return.

4. Processing Time

• Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit balance.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos as proof. These are the only items eligible for a refund, which will be issued to your original payment method.

7. No Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges. Customers must return the item for store credit and repurchase the desired item using the store credit provided.

8. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

• Only orders placed in the USA are eligible for returns. We currently do not offer returns for orders placed internationally.

9. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our end, we sincerely apologize and will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item received and the packing slip

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following options:

1. Replacement (if available)

• We will ship the correct item after the incorrect item is returned and scanned by the carrier.

• If the correct item is no longer available, you may choose a refund or store credit.

2. Refund or Store Credit

• A full refund or store credit will be issued once the incorrect item is returned and scanned by the carrier.

Return Details for Incorrect Items

• Return shipping for incorrect items is fully covered by us.

• If the incorrect item is not returned, we are unable to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

• We do not issue refunds or replacements without receiving the incorrect item back.

Additional Information

• Store credit does not expire.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their return package is handed to the carrier within the required 6-day return-label timeframe.

• A label being printed does not constitute possession by the carrier. The package must be physically accepted by the carrier and show an acceptance/possession scan.

• Once the 6-day return period expires without carrier possession, the return is void and the item is no longer eligible for return.

• Abuse of this policy may result in refusal of future service.
